It was great close to the center of town. Shower facilities and bath sheets were available.

We've stayed there for 4 nights, everything was perfect, don't miss it. The staff was always incredibly nice. It was located in a pretty comfortable area near the center.

I thoroughly enjoyed the place, it was fantastic and fairly clean and had great location so close to beautiful cenote Zaci and the center of the city. Staff was incredibly nice and amiable, tried to answer all questions.

I had a really comfortable and clean stay at Gayser Apartamentos. The apartment room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning and a TV. The staff was helpful and provided me with useful information about the area. The check-in process was quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Comfortable room with good air conditioning and hot water. The staff was friendly and approachable. The location was convenient, being a short walk from the main plaza and close to transportation options. Plus, the room had kitchen facilities and a refrigerator, which was a bonus for longer stays.

The check-in window of 3pm to 6pm was a bit restrictive and could be inconvenient for some guests. Additionally, the towels provided were worn down and could use an upgrade.

Location was unbeatable and stunning, not too far from Valladolid. Located in a peaceful area, walk from a bus station. The host met us with warm welcome. Has spacious bedroom, hypoallergenic pillows were provided beforehand. Private bathroom was clean.

the location of the hotel was great, really convenient for exploring the city. The room itself was fairly clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat. The staff, although language was a barrier, were friendly and tried to help. it was an okay stay, but I wouldn't choose to stay there again, especially with the hot water issue.

After traveling for hours, all I wanted was a warm shower, but the hot water line was clogged. The staff didn't seem to care, and the supervisor just turned on the cold water, leaving me freezing.

Well we liked this place, spent 1 great day here. The kitchenette had a microwave and refrigerators, so perfect for us.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect for exploring the area. It was conveniently situated near many tourist attractions and great restaurants, making it easy to navigate and find things to do. the staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. They were always available to answer any questions we had and were quick to assist with any requests.

There were a few negative aspects to our experience at this hotel. the beds were quite uncomfortable and left us feeling itchy throughout the night.
